Born and educated in France, Anne-Marie Foy explores her European heritage through the creation of floral artistry unlike any other in Oklahoma.

Prior to opening The French Bouquet in 2004, she earned an MBA and a master's degree in Russian Language and civilization at the University of Clermont-Ferrand. After advancing toward her doctorate in political science, she moved to the United States and worked in the corporate world before discovering her true passion for floral design.

Anne-Marie's inspiration includes the European masters she studied and the French designers with whom she regularly trains. Her contemporary  talent and skills benefit from a global perspective and celebration of life that is honed by regular trips abroad.

A member of the society of American Florists and American Wedding Association, Anne-Marie is redefining floristry for her growing list of clients with a truly unique style – one that makes ger among the most sought-after floral designers in the Tulsa area.
